The Greatest Show On Earth

It depends on the city:

• Mexico City: your existing Ticketmaster login works on the Ticketmaster Mexico site, so you don’t need a new account.
• São Paulo: you need a separate Ticketmaster Brasil account, linked to your CPF. Non-Brazilians register with an ID document. You must be 18 or over, and the CPF can’t be changed later.
• Buenos Aires: tickets are sold through AllAccess, not Ticketmaster.

If you’re creating an account, use the same email as your paid U2.com subscription: on the Ticketmaster site for the show’s country, choose Sign In/Register, then Sign Up, and verify your email. Do it before sale day.

Do it before the Feedback group presale:

• Sign in to your Ticketmaster account on a desktop computer.
• Go to Profile Details.
• Change your email so it exactly matches your paid U2.com subscription.
• Complete any verification steps.

Deadline: Sunday 18 Oct. The Feedback group opens on Monday 19 Oct at 10am local venue time.

You can’t change it yourself. At Ticketmaster Brasil, only Fan Support can change an account’s email. Have these ready:

• Your CPF (or ID number if you’re not Brazilian)
• A copy of a valid government-issued photo ID
• Your date of birth
• Your phone number
• The email currently on the account
• The new email, which must be personal (not a work or university address)

Because it goes through support, ask as early as you can. The Feedback group opens on Monday 19 Oct at 10am.

It usually means the email on the account was changed recently. Ticketmaster limits how often it can be updated for security, and you may not be able to use that account to join the Feedback group queue.

If that happens, contact your show’s ticket seller: help.ticketmaster.com.mx (Mexico City) or help.ticketmaster.com.br (São Paulo).

There are two groups, always in local venue time:

• Feedback group: from Monday 19 Oct at 10am
• The Hype group: from Tuesday 20 Oct at 10am

Both close on Wednesday 21 Oct at 10pm, or earlier if presale stock runs out. In São Paulo, the official box office also sells during the presale, from 11am. The general sale only starts after the presale closes.

Sign in to u2.com and open Account Info: your group is shown there. The email with your code also tells you.

• Feedback: paid-up subscribers at 00:00 Dublin time on Friday 25 Sep 2026 (8pm Thursday 24 Sep in São Paulo, 5pm in Mexico City) who have kept their subscription active without a lapse. Codes start with U2GSA.
• The Hype: anyone who became a paid subscriber, or renewed an expired account, after that time. Codes start with U2GSB.

Your group can’t be changed, and u2.com says no exceptions will be made.

In two places: the email U2.com sends before the presale, to the address you registered with, and the u2.com tours page when you’re signed in as a subscriber.

The code is unique to you. Don’t share it: code use is audited, and abuse can lead to cancelled tickets and a cancelled subscription.

• Before the presale, the purchase links are emailed to the address you registered with U2.com and posted on the tours page.
• Use the link for your show to join the waiting room 30 minutes before it opens.
• When it opens, you’re taken to the ticket seller’s presale page. Enter your code in the box provided to unlock tickets.

At Ticketmaster Brasil, queue positions are drawn at random at opening time among everyone already in the waiting room. Joining earlier doesn’t improve your position, but you do need to be there when the queue forms.

u2.com sums it up in three things:

• An active U2.com subscription
• The email on your Ticketmaster account matching your subscription (Feedback group, Mexico City and São Paulo)
• Your presale code to hand

Then join the waiting room 30 minutes early. For São Paulo, review your Ticketmaster Brasil profile ahead of time so you don’t lose time in the queue.

In the U2.com presale, up to 4 tickets per subscriber across all Latin American shows combined. For example, 2 in Mexico City and 2 in São Paulo.

In São Paulo, Ticketmaster Brasil’s own rule also applies: up to 4 tickets per CPF per show date, with no more than 2 half-price.

Code use is audited. Abusing the presale can lead to cancelled tickets and a cancelled subscription.

Not in the U2.com presale. The limit is up to 4 tickets per subscriber for any show or combination of shows in Latin America. A new Latin American date counts towards that same total.

In the general sale, the U2.com limit doesn’t apply. Only the ticket seller’s rule does: in São Paulo, up to 4 tickets per CPF per show date, with no more than 2 half-price. If tickets are left for the new date, you can try there.

U2.com hasn’t said yet. The code is unique and personal, and code use is audited.

There’s a precedent: in March 2018, when U2 added two extra US shows, the presale for those dates was only for subscribers who had not yet used their code, with a limit of 2 tickets. If the same rule comes back, using your code now could leave you out of the presale for an extra date.

As of 16 Oct 2026, no extra date had been announced for 2027.

U2.com’s wording is up to 4 tickets in Latin America. That suggests the next parts of the tour will have their own presales, with their own limits.

Fans who wrote to U2.com support say they got that same answer, but there’s no public confirmation yet. Europe and North America haven’t been announced, so the rules for those presales don’t exist yet.

No and no. The presale gives early access but can’t guarantee tickets: it’s first come, first served, and capacity in each category may be limited.

Prices and fees are the same as in the general sale. The presale gives no discount.

Yes. If you subscribe now, even after the presale has started, you join The Hype group with a code of your own and can buy from Tuesday 20 Oct at 10am. Subscribe, or renew an expired account, at u2.com/pages/subscribe.

Longer-standing subscribers go first: the Feedback group starts a day earlier.

No. Once the presale for a show ends, the code stops working. Any remaining presale tickets go into later presales and the general sale, with links on the u2.com tours page.

A free Ticketmaster presale open to anyone who signs up. In Latin America it’s only for Mexico City.

You can change your show selections until sign-up closes. Join the waiting room about 30 minutes early.

It’s for eligible Santander customers on Wednesday 21 Oct: 10am online and 11am at the official box office. Santander Select and Private Banking customers have their own queue. Check with the bank that your card qualifies.

Santander customers can pay in up to 6 interest-free instalments, or 7 to 12 with interest.

Four stages, always 10am online and 11am at the official box office (Brasília time):

• 19 Oct (Monday): U2.com presale, Feedback group
• 20 Oct (Tuesday): U2.com presale, The Hype group
• 21 Oct (Wednesday): Santander presale
• 22 Oct (Thursday): general sale, open to everyone

The U2.com presales close on 21 Oct at 10pm, or when stock runs out.

Online, only at ticketmaster.com.br, the only official online channel. In person, at the official box office, which charges no service fee. Its address hasn’t been announced yet.

Avoid resellers and other sites: tickets bought outside official channels may be fake or refused at the gate.

Without the service fee, from R$345 (half price in the Arquibancada) to R$3,000 (full price in the (RED) Zone). VIP packages go up to R$7,547. The full table, with the sector map, is under Dates & tickets.

20% of the ticket price, on online purchases only. For example, a full-price Pista ticket is R$790 at the box office and R$948 online. There’s no fee at the official box office.

On VIP packages, the fee applies only to the ticket part, not the package. Ticketmaster notes that the promoter may add other fixed per-ticket fees, shown before you buy.

• Online: credit card in up to 4 interest-free instalments or 5 to 10 with interest, or Pix
• Santander customers: up to 6 interest-free or 7 to 12 with interest
• Official box office: Pix, credit card in up to 4 interest-free instalments, debit card or cash

Online purchases can be cancelled within 7 days, under the right of withdrawal in Brazil’s Consumer Protection Code. If you buy 7 days or less before the show, you can cancel up to 48 hours before it. Box office purchases can’t be cancelled on the website.

Ticketmaster also offers optional ticket insurance (Ingresso Seguro). Coverage and terms are in its help centre.

Under Brazilian law:

• Students (Law 12,933/2013)
• People with disabilities, plus one companion when needed
• Low-income young people aged 15 to 29 registered in CadÚnico
• People aged 60 or over (Law 10,741/2003)
• Teachers, heads, coordinators, supervisors and support staff of São Paulo’s state and municipal public schools (state laws 15,298 and 14,729)

• Students: the national-standard Student ID (CIE), physical or digital, issued by UNE, Ubes, ANPG or a state or municipal student body. Valid until 31 March of the year after issue. Letters, payment slips and tuition receipts aren’t accepted.
• People with disabilities: BPC card, INSS retirement document under LC 142/2013, a medical report with the ICD code, or an official photo ID showing the ICD code.
• Low-income young people: ID Jovem (gov.br) plus an official photo ID.
• 60 or over: an official photo ID; you must be 60 on the purchase date.
• São Paulo education staff: staff card or payslip with a photo ID, or the Carteira Nacional Docente do Brasil.

Ticketmaster doesn’t cover foreign student cards. If that’s you, check before buying.

Yes. The document is requested when you buy and again at the stadium gate, and it must be valid. Without it, you have to pay the difference to full price at the box office. If you don’t, you can be refused entry with no refund.

You can buy half price for someone else: enter the details and document of the person who will use it. At the gate, that person shows a document of the same category as the ticket; a different category isn’t accepted.

Yes. By law, half price is capped at 40% of each sector. In the Pista, for example, there are 6,930 half-price tickets out of 17,325; in the Arquibancada, 9,433 out of 23,583. Tickets for people aged 60+ don’t count towards this cap.

Yes. The companion also pays half price, in the same sector, and both must enter and stay together. Buy both tickets in the same order: buying separately doesn’t guarantee the same sector.

Half price for people with disabilities is offered in every sector, but check in advance which ones are accessible in the stadium’s layout.

Only on the ticket: by law, the package part is charged in full. Ultimate VIP half price is R$6,672 (R$875 ticket plus R$5,797 package). In the (RED) Zone it’s R$2,225 (R$775 ticket plus R$1,450 package).

Yes: there’s no free entry or half price based on age alone. A child pays half only if eligible under another category, such as a student with a CIE.

The age rating is 16. Ages 5 to 15 only with a parent or legal guardian, and the rule can change by court order. The page doesn’t mention children under 5, so check with Ticketmaster before buying.

No. No sector has assigned seats. Pista, Pista Premium, Gold Circle and the (RED) Zone are standing. Cadeira Inferior, Cadeira Superior and Arquibancada are seated, but first come, first choice. The Cadeira VIP package is in an unassigned seated sector with priority access.

Distance from the stage. On the official map, Gold Circle is right against the stage, in the centre. Pista Premium A and B sit on either side of it at the same price; A has 4,917 places and B 4,005. The Pista is behind, further back.

Full price without fee: Pista R$790, Pista Premium R$1,550, Gold Circle R$1,750.

A fenced, standing VIP area at the side of the stage, with 320 places. Full price is R$3,000: R$1,550 ticket plus R$1,450 package.

Buyers may be selected for a backstage visit before the show. Part of the price supports (RED) and the Global Fund’s fight against AIDS.

• Ultimate VIP Hospitality (R$7,547, 100 places): Gold Circle plus a pre-show VIP lounge with 3 drinks, appetisers and desserts, a U2 career photo exhibition, photo booth, laminate, wristband, limited-edition VIP gift, an extra exclusive gift, early tour merch shopping and a red-carpet photo
• VIP Hospitality (R$6,493, 200 places): the same, with 2 drinks and no extra gift
• Cadeira VIP (R$3,498, 700 places): Cadeira Inferior with priority access, laminate, VIP gift and red-carpet photo
• VIP Priority Entry (R$3,394, 500 places): Pista Premium B with priority access, laminate, VIP gift and red-carpet photo

Alcohol is subject to local law and permitted serving hours.

No and no. Ticketmaster says no package includes participation or interaction with the members of U2; the only backstage chance is the (RED) Zone selection. VIP package tickets are non-transferable.

No. Online purchases get a digital ticket only, in the Quentro app (Ticketmaster’s digital ticket system), within 24 hours of payment approval.

If the promoter allows it, transfers open 30 days before the show, in Quentro. VIP packages can’t be transferred.

Gates at 4pm and U2 at 9pm, with Beck opening (set time not announced yet). Each ticket is valid for a single entry: if you leave the stadium, you can’t come back in.

The stadium is at Praça Roberto Gomes Pedrosa, 1, in Morumbi. The nearest metro station is São Paulo-Morumbi on Line 4-Yellow. Special transport plans for the shows haven’t been announced yet.

A paid subscription brings exclusive content, the annual gift, a 25% shop coupon and presale access. The 2026 gift is the U2 Days of Ash CD with Propaganda magazine and a poster, or the “Love and Peace or Else” hoodie, or Volume II of “U2 The Complete Lyrics”. The coupon can’t be used for tickets or subscriptions.

Renew at renew.U2.com at any time: the new term runs for a year from the end of your current one, and the renewal discount is valid until your current term ends.

If it expires, you keep your profile but lose the paid benefits and need a new subscription. For the presale, Feedback requires no lapse since the cutoff (00:00 Dublin time, 25 Sep); anyone who renewed an expired account after that is in The Hype.

Yes, once. Your details moved over but your old password didn’t. Click “Activate Your Account” in the “Please activate your U2.com account” email and set a new password. Your subscription stays the same, and free members need to activate too.

No email? Check spam. If it’s not there, go to Sign In, find EXISTING U2.COM MEMBER? and click ACTIVATE YOUR ACCOUNT to resend it. Password resets don’t work until you’ve activated.
