Privacy Policy
1. Who is responsible
Data controller: Joshua Tree Ventures Corp (Delaware Corporation).

2. Unofficial fan site
U2 2027 Tour Hub is an independent fan site. It has no connection with the band U2, its management, promoters or ticket sellers.
3. Sign-up data and what it is for
When you sign up we store: email (required), name, WhatsApp, Instagram, country, city, language, regions and shows of interest, whether you already have a ticket, the policy version you accepted and the sign-up date.
We use this only to send tour and site alerts and news in your language. WhatsApp is only used for messages if you tick its own consent box.
We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
4. Legal basis
Consent: LGPD art. 7, I, and GDPR art. 6(1)(a). You can withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing.
5. What is collected automatically
Visit origin: utm parameters of the first page, the domain of the site that sent you and the first page visited. Stored only with your sign-up, if you sign up.
Google Analytics: visit statistics, only if you accept cookies. We never send email, name, phone number or other personal data to Google.
Assistant usage limit: to cap daily questions we store a code (hash) derived from your IP, never the IP itself. Questions and answers are not stored.
6. Who processes the data
Supabase: database and authentication, São Paulo region (Brazil).
Google Analytics (Google LLC): only if you accept.
Anthropic: answers questions asked to the assistant; the site does not store these conversations.
Lovable and the hosting provider: serve the site’s pages.
7. International transfer
Some of these services are outside Brazil and the European Union (for example in the United States). Such transfers rely on your consent and the providers’ standard contractual clauses.
8. How long we keep data
Until the end of the tour or until you ask for deletion, whichever comes first.
9. Your rights
Under the LGPD (art. 18) and the GDPR you can ask for: confirmation and access, correction, anonymisation or deletion, portability, information about sharing and withdrawal of consent.
To ask, email joshuatreeventurescorp@gmail.com. We reply within 15 days. You can also complain to the ANPD (Brazil) or to your country’s data protection authority.
11. Audience
Sign-up is only for people aged 18 or over.
12. Version
Version 2026-10-16, dated 2026-10-16. If we change anything important we will say so on the site and ask for new consent when needed.
