Become a coordinator

Coordinator duties

  1. Show the entry QR at the meeting point and welcome arrivals.
  2. Run scheduled roll calls (10pm, 2am, 6am), checking every person against their pass and selfie.
  3. Add people without phones and check attendance using the number on their arm.
  4. Close each roll call on time and remove those who did not respond.
  5. Keep the list in order, answer questions calmly and call security or official organizers when a problem arises.
  6. Announce times and changes in the show’s WhatsApp group.
  7. Hand over to the next pair, explaining the queue’s situation.

Commitment

  • Same rules for everyone: no saving places or favoritism.
  • Never charge or accept money or gifts for a place.
  • Use fans’ names, phones and selfies only for the queue: do not copy, share or keep them after the show.
  • Respect promoter, stadium and authority rules; they take priority.
  • Attend your shifts; if unable, notify the administrator and partner in advance.
  • Treat everyone respectfully and put safety first.
  • Anyone breaking these rules is removed from coordination.

Always in pairs

All coordination is done by at least two people on every shift. A queue only opens with a fully staffed shift, and nobody runs or closes a roll call alone. Coordination is shared over daily shifts: choose yours in the application.
