Queue rules

1. This queue is organised by fans and is not official. Rules from the promoter, the stadium and the authorities come first.
2. You can only join on site: scan the coordinator's QR code.
3. One person, one number. No holding or selling places.
4. At each roll call, show your pass (on your own phone, with your selfie) to the coordinator within the window. If you don't check in, you lose your place and can rejoin at the back. One person, one phone: the coordinator may ask for a photo ID to check your name.
5. Respect the area: no litter, loud music or blocked pavements.
6. Stay safe: don't stay alone overnight, and bring water and a spare battery.
7. People with disabilities or reduced mobility have their own access through the promoter; this queue doesn't apply to them.
8. Your full name, phone number and selfie are seen only by your show's coordinators, until 7 days after the show. Your details stay saved for future queues until you delete them (button on the registration page).
